Better wifi detection on iphone?

I did have an app on my ipod that would let me see every wifi signal in range, down to about 10%, but i had to restore my ipod and i cant remember what it was called: please help! any suggestions would be appreciated, i dont want apps that have the signals stored in the databases, i want one that will increase the detection, and not be so picky and only show the signals that are 50% or better. My ipod 4 is jailbroken, ios 4.1
