No Gall Bladder, heart pains, regular heart beat. Can it be a heart attack or working on one?

most heart attacks come out the blue.. and if you get warning then go see your doctor im shore he/she will only be to pleased to put your mind at rest.. and its better to stop one coming than treat after as it will leave scarring
