Is the U.S.A. the world's #1 country?

There is no doubt that the US is currently the #1 country. Even China acknowledges that and stated that they too want to live like Americans. But as the question to how long will it stay #1 country? Now that is a different question, because like many others say here, China is quickly catching up.
