IF! the republicans are soooooooooo big on cutting taxes for the working cl & small business owners~~Why?

The last thing a business owner who wants to remain sustainable would do is take out a loan during a recession anyways. Democrats would just be exacerbating the problem by continuing to offer cheap credit at the expense of taxpayers which led to '08 collapse in the first place. I'm glad Republicans rejected it.
