I hate my body. Help?

Your not crazy. But here's what your situation boils down to. You've been under stress and stress increases cortisol which makes your body retain fat longer. You need to relax :D and then you can start eating better by not eating anything that is microwaveable, from fast food restaurants, or in a can. Eating fresh is the healthiest and leanest way to eat which will help your body shed any extra fat pretty quickly when you exercise. Snack on fruits and vegetables and pick up an exercise hobby like yoga or dancing that you'll enjoy and help keep your stress under control and help you lose your extra weight. And be careful when it gets closer to your wedding to not get too stressed out, I did that on my wedding and it made me feel sick and made me break out and didn't help at all on the health side and losing weight side of it all. Enjoy it you only get to do it once :)
