Why can't you just tell Ben that you don't like Jake? Just casually ask "hey why did you call Jake my bf? I don't even like him?" or something. Maybe you can talk badly about Jake in front of Ben so that he gets the hint or you can make your brother do damage control if he's a rare nice brother
