Can anyone tell me the meaning of FRIENDS in Latin & Irish Gaelic and also the word FAMILY. Thank you.?

I think friends in Latin is 'amicae', and family is 'familia', but I'm not 100 percent sure. I've just started learning it... ;) Don't know about the Gaelic, sorry.
