Christians, can we be patriotic?

My problems are these. We say God bless the USA, as if we shouldn't bless others, and we act like our founding fathers were devout believers. Newsflash, they were deists and Franklin went to hell fire clubs. I just worry that we end up being more loyal to the stars and stripes than God.
