Having trouble sleeping same dream?

i am having the same reoccurring dream where i am hovering above the earth and universe watching it all i guess converge and die? i see worlds crashing into each other, the earth being dried out due to G/W our sun going supernova..... what does tis all mean do i see how we will end or what im lost im loosing sleep help
