How long will it take my Boxer- Mastiff mix puppy to make a full recovery from parvo?

I got my boxer-mastiff mix puppy from the pound on Monday. He did great and was hyper and funny on Monday night, all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning. By Wednesday evening, he was acting a little depressed. He then started to vomit and had diarrhea once. I knew then that he possibly had Parvo, so I took him to the animal emergency room, as it was nearly 1 am. There they did a parvo test to confirm and it was positive. They gave him an antibiotic and a shot of an anti-nausea medicine to prevent vomiting. We went home and I took him to my regular vet the next morning. We decided to leave Tyson hospitalized as long as it took him to feel better, but by the next day (today) I was told that he wasn't having any trouble eating or drinking and that he hadn't vomited or had diarrhea a single time. He is now home with me, and has had plenty of water, and is eating small amounts of rice and boiled chicken. He isn't acting like his normal, hyper self though. He is alert and somewhat playful, but I am wondering how long it will take him to recover from this horrible virus and what I should be on the look out for as far as making a return trip to the vet.
