How to build a bridge out of paper, capable of carrying a cl text book.?

Tubes are usually the best way to make these paper bridges, but the rules and/or supports often secretly dictate the best design. If your bridge can be supported by, but not fastened to the floor, a tube structure is most definitely the best.
