Who gets the most out of this trade?

I think it helps the weaker team more, but also helps the deep team, especially if this is a keeper league. The purpose of vetoing trades is usually just to prevent totally lopsided trades from happening, but in some leagues it's acceptable to block trades for strategic reasons. Since this trade helps both teams, block the trade for strategic reasons if that's acceptable, otherwise, the trade should stand.
