Do I have cardiac problems?

So over the past 2 or 3 months or so, I've been having dizziness, major fatigue, shortness of breath,nausea, heart palpitations, feelings of being really hot, head spinning, and occasionally, chest discomfort and pain. what is wrong with me? And I'm 17 by the way
