Has Any one had a pet from pets at home that didn't die straight away ?

because i have get some fish from there in the past and they all died within a week and my friend had a rabbit from there and it died when it was 2or3 and my other friend got a hamster from there and it died within a couple of weeks so i was wondering has any one got a pet from there that has lived to its life expectancy or more
