Will a 5.3V 650mA output Casio AC charger harm my psp 1000?

You shouldn't use the CASIO charger because it gives out more volts which is 5.3 and the psp charger only gives 5 volts. If you use the CASIO charger, you psp might get a short circuit which will mess up your psp.
