I need ideas for my bedroom!?

Well my room is aprox 14 by 12 I believe. I am starting highschool this year so It has to be appropiate for my age. I DO NOT like pastels, nor do I like extremely dark colors. I like bright colors, but I am not trying to close my room in. I am alost looking for a andy warhol theme (meaning I have pictures I would like to hang). I am putting laminates in. As well as a desk, and two lounge seat chairs. I want my furnature to be bright, with of course a flokati (shag) rug. I just don't want it too overwhelming. I also wasn't to dedicate a small area for chalkboard paint. Does anybody have paint suggestions, let alone any suggestions at all?! THANK YOU!
