What are the back to school must haves for middle school?

hi guys!could you help me doing my "what to bring in my school bag" list? because it so hard for me to think what should i bring for school this coming school year, because it's my first time at junior high/middle school, then can you also give me ideas what bag should i use? thanks! :)
